We are committed to providing ongoing high quality music making opportunities for the people of Trafford. Many of our services are aimed at children and young people in the schools of Trafford, but we are adding Adult Community activities and look forward to expanding our reach even further.

Community Music

Out of school programmes and activities are an exciting and expanding part of our service. There are community based projects aimed at Trafford residents of all backgrounds and we have activities for all ages and abilities. We have Music Centres across Trafford.

We offer the following activities in a community setting:

Support for individual schools

As well as the delivery of school projects we can support individual schools with their preparation, delivery and development of their own music provision.

Payment

Online at Pay It:

Trafford Council's 'Pay It' is a secure online payment system that can be used to pay Trafford Music Service fees.  It can be acccessed 24 hours a day and provides you with a record of your payment.  You do not need any passwords or usernames to use this system.

To access ‘Pay It’ please go to http://www.trafford.gov.uk/pay/music-service.aspx and follow the on-screen instructions.  ‘Pay It’ can be used to pay any amount to the Music Service simply by selecting the relevant choice from the drop down menu at the top of the page.  

Direct Debit:

Trafford Music Service has been working alongside the Council to introduce a Direct Debit option to spread the cost of your child's music lessons and ensembles.  Our Direct Debit option will be available from November 2016 affecting payments for the Spring Term 2017 onwards.  Direct Debit Mandates must be submitted to the Music Service no later than 1st September 2016 to take effect in November 2016.  Please download and print the Direct Debit Mandate and return it to the Claremont Centre, Claremont Road, Sale, M33 7DZ. The mandate must be submitted by post as we are not able to submit electronic copies to the bank.
